About Us

Hung completed his PhD in August of 2022. His passion for microbiology drove him to continue researching this field after leaving academia. He started Project G2FEEC towards the end of his PhD, which is dedicated to pursuing independent research in microbial omics.

'Wet' and 'dry' lab research go hand in hand - each feeds off the other. This is a core tenet of Project G2FEEC - always being cognizant of how computational biology fits into the larger research picture.

Over time, Project G2FEEC is growing into a true research hub, supporting independent researchers across the world with training in the omics fields or guidance on publicly available resources to utilize.
